up-to-the-minute video updates across news, sports, politics, entertainment, or whatever moves you. The Company’s technology enables a social conversation through video updates and replies amongst users.  The Company’s customer base includes the Wall Street Journal, Digital First Media and NBC Universal.  Tout was founded 2010 with its technology going live in May 2011.  Since inception, the company has generated over 150 million visits.


Spindrift is a natural beverage company with the mission of changing how America experiences soda and sparkling water. The Company’s base recipe combines triple purified sparkling water to fresh squeezed fruit or berry puree and cane juice; the result is a sparkling beverage without artificial sweeteners, preservatives or colors – nothing in the soda is derived from concentrate.  Founded in 2010, Spindrift is the first company in the United States to incorporate 100% fresh juice into a soda.
